Snow Moon Slow Flow & Reiki Restore

Celebrate inner awakenings with the Snow Moon. The Snow Moon represents deep stillness in the world and a sense of wonderment of a slow inner awakening as the moon shines and reflects on what is most alive within us and around us.

Join Anna, a 500-hour yoga instructor, Ayurveda Health Counselor, Ayurveda Postpartum Doula, and Reiki practitioner, and Tess, a Reiki practitioner, as we begin the first 45 minutes of your journey guiding you through a conscious and mindful slow-flow asana practice with the healing sounds of singing bowls to encourage you to go inward and dive deeper into your state of consciousness.

Then indulge in the last 45 minutes as Anna and Tess work together to offer the healing powers of Reiki with a gentle healing touch as you enjoy pure bliss and relaxation in restorative asana poses.

Finally, completing your journey by sealing your practice and intentions with a sage ceremony including the burning of sage while chanting a healing mantra.

Pillows, blankets, blocks, gentle assists, modifications, and variations will be offered for all levels and abilities.
